The '56 convert (#9) had a 406 Ford in it with 3-2 barrel carbs. I pulled the engine out of the convert and put it in my Ranchwagon. A real sleeper. I also took out the back seat and built it out flat. I raced everthing that came along. I always won. Except when I raced Mike Pennington in his '56 Chevy Convert (click to read about that race). I sold it in the fall of '68 for $175.
